Combining expertise with state of the art equipment and software we are able to provide a variety of services to meet your needs. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide exceptional customer service and quality control measures on each of our projects – no matter the size or complexity. In addition to our design capabilities, we coordinate getting your parts to secondary processors for industrial coatings, powder coating, or specialized techniques like grinding or EDM cutting. We also provide hardware procurement and assembly when requested.

Water Jet Cutting

We cut aluminum, steel, and stainless steel parts for both artistic and industrial customers. Our Mitsubishi water jet can handle material up to 10 feet wide by 6 feet tall by 4 inches thick. We cut aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel as well as some plastics. A 60 horse power pump gives our machine up to 55,000 psi at the cutting nozzle. With this power we are able to cut your parts quickly and efficiently.

3D and 2D Design

Fully realized designs save material when they can be evaluated in 3D before cutting any metal. We model in Solid Works and keep out software and licenses up to date. Adam, Eric and Chris all have experience designing. Having a team that can utilize the same software means after the design phase is complete, a project it can be broken down into its individual pieces by different team members and moved directly into other software packages for production on the mill, lathe, or water jet.

Signs and simple projects can be designed in 2D to assure design intent. This gives appropriate details and the ability to submit the design to our customers for approval before production.

CNC Machining

More precise than manual machining our CNC machines can repeat in the same manner over and over again. With this precision, our CNC can produce complex shapes that would be almost impossible to achieve with manual machining. MasteCAM is the software of choice for communicating with the machines and we keep this software and out license up to date. Designs are imported directly from our design software, from customer provided files, or generated in MasterCAM.

Chris is the primary programmer and operator responsible for running our CNC department; as well as the manual tools. Adam and Eric also have experience with CNC machines.

Metal Fabrication / Welding

Cutting, grinding, fixturing and welding are all done with an eye for detail to assure your project is done right the first time. Fabrication projects range from decorative tables and chairs to industrial fixtures, bracketing, and shelves.

We work with Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel and use TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) processes primarily and have an Oxy Acetylene gas torch and an arc welder for the odd job which require them. Cutting tools range from the water jet to cut off wheels to a hand held plasma torch. We have a four foot long box and pan break for light bending.

Tools and Software Used

We use only the most progressive equipment and software available and it’s expertly maintained. You cannot make good sangria with bad wine and you cannot make good parts with bad tools.
